Refund and Returns Policy

“Payments for training services are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start; late requests and no-shows are forfeited. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under Saudi law, including the right to cancel within 7 days if the service has not been used or benefited from, and the right to cancel for delivery/performance delays exceeding 15 days.”
- Physical Products
- 7-day return policy: Physical products can be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Exceptions: No returns for custom-made items, perishable goods, or hygiene-sensitive items if opened.
- Defects: Damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of receipt will be replaced or refunded.
- Delivery delays: Orders delayed more than 15 days beyond the agreed date may be cancelled for a full refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
- Refund Timeline
- HyperPay/Credit Cards: processed within 7–14 business days.
- Tamara: subject to Tamara’s refund policy.
- Tabby: subject to Tabby’s refund policy.
